The Ministry of Tourism, Industry and Commerce of the Government of the Canary Islands has launched the Global Laboratory for Tourism Safety, an ambitious project whose purpose is to guarantee health security for tourists and residents of the Canary Islands. To this end, the processes of the entire value chain of tourism activity are being redesigned to adapt them to the post-COVID-19 situation and ensure their joint strength. A project that makes the Canary Islands pioneers in terms of the practical verification proposal, and adaptation and / or creation if necessary, of the protocols and processes that must guarantee the health safety of our visitors, workers in the sector and the local population. .
