Description
In 2011 Nacho Juan, Clara Cantó and Angel López de Ocáriz started "elaboratoriodelaimagen" as a teaching project aimed at improving the graphic communication of architecture students and professionals.
The initiative arises from one's own personal experience. During the first years as architects working in different studios in Spain we discovered some shortcomings and above all we learned a lot. The first course tried to condense the knowledge acquired in this time and tell it from the architect's perspective. Everything we would have liked to know in 30h.
Currently Drawyourdreams continues to have a teaching vocation in the world of architecture focused on architectural visualization (Image and Rhino workshop) and BIM (Revit workshop).
Telling a project is not an additional need at the end of the project, but a tool that should participate from the beginning in the creative process, establishing a continuous feedback between what we think and reality.
