Our studio came together as a place for a group of yoga teachers in Barcelona to do what they do best, teach. We thrive to create an atmosphere of peace and trust. Our studio is founded by a yoga teacher who practices yoga, to the best of her capacities, both off and on the matt. This means that our teachers are taken care of and pampered, so they can pass on the good vibes to their students. Come experience our studio for yourself.
Our classes are meant to be both challenging and peace-providing. Our teachers urge you to test your boundaries, both physically and mentally, while listening to your individual body and mind. We offer beginner classes but if you’re just starting out and want to come to one of our other classes, don’t hold back! Our studio is not a place for judgement and there is no one braver than the beginner who takes the lunge.
