At Expleo Iberia we are looking to expand our teams in the automotive sector. For this reason we are looking for various engineers for the automotive sector who will be in charge of managing various projects (quality, savings, product, etc.) in the assigned perimeter (engines, doors, mechanisms, etc.)
Among the different tasks to be carried out could be, depending on the perimeter or project:
- Daily monitoring of Spanish and foreign Suppliers.
- Piloting documentation in ANPQP, with suppliers and internal departments of Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Conception.
- Delivery of the first definition of the part in 3D, as well as the level of quality, planning and cargo notebook to the supplier.
- Validation of parts with CATIA V5 and Solid Works, management of modification demands, officialization of new indexes and application in supplier.
- Management, monitoring and solution of problems under the document of "Single List of Problems" with supplier and / or customer managers, deadlines, etc.
- Participation with the project team in daily TASK FORCE meetings to ensure and reach the milestones of vehicle project, etc.
- Responsible for managing the motor series life issues (Quality, economic, regulatory, product evolution).
Training in Technical Engineering, Degree or Master, preferably in industrial, mechanical or similar.
Expert in product / process conception.
Expert in mechanical conception.
Knowledge of dimension chains and ISO dimensioning.
Knowledge of the LUP life series process.
AMDEC
ANPQP
High level of English and French.
We are looking for candidates with experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the automotive sector, who have experience in project management in Life Series. Valuable experience in new projects. The person selected will have the ability to autonomously analyze and solve the problems that arise in their projects on a day-to-day basis, as well as initiative and good communication.
Availability to live in Valladolid or Palencia.
