Our client is an important company within the food sector and needs to incorporate a Store Manager for their premises located in Valencia.
As a future Manager, you will be in charge of managing the staff of the premises, designing shifts, managing vacations, training ... you will be in charge of managing the checkout and orders with suppliers (supermarket purchases, order claims, machinery maintenance) . You will be in charge of proposing actions to increase sales, adjust costs and achieve the objectives of the premises, as well as ensure compliance with quality standards and correct customer service.
To fit in with the position, at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry (Cafeteria, restaurant ...) are required to have managed a team of people and availability of hours both in the mornings and afternoons, being necessary the presence during peak working hours.
