BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What will you bring: / Basic Qualifications:
· Experience in Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications, basic networking troubleshooting skills.
· A good understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a keen willingness to learn new technology and to train on new skills
· A professional sense of customer service with solid history/examples.
· Be self-motivated and able to work alone as well as part of a team.
· Ability to prioritize in a ever-growing environment, with minimal guidance.
· Desire to improve existing processes and procedures coupled with the ability to deliver first class service.
