The functions of the Responsible Student Residence - Salamanca position are:
* Functions in relation to the organization of the center:
* Planning, direction and supervision of all the services and activities of the residence.
* Elaboration of concrete work objectives from the general management planning, determining, if necessary, the calendar, the people in charge and a correct follow-up.
* Coordination of the different areas of attention of the residential center.
* Within the framework established by the owner entity, if necessary, responsible for the economic and financial management of the residence.
* Annual assessment of the degree of quality of services and the degree of user satisfaction.
* Updating of the official documentation of the center and of the information corresponding to the users, taking care of the fulfillment of the established legal requirements.
* Coordination of the care of the users that have to be carried out in related services and institutions.
* Functions in relation to the staff of the center:
* Exercise the functions of chief of staff when, due to the characteristics of the center, there is no other figure to assume them.
* Monitoring of continuous training and recycling of all staff, favoring interpersonal relationships of the team.
* Functions in relation to the people served:
* Comprehensive quality care, with comfort and security, for all residents, guaranteeing it 24 hours a day and every day of the year.
* Care in respect of the rights of residents and their free will to enter or stay of the people cared for in the residence.
* Assessment of the care and needs of the people served as well as the changes that may occur.
* Encourage and facilitate personalized relationships with residents and with the users' families.
* Strengthening the participation of the resident's family in planning the activities of the residence.
* Solution to complaints and / or suggestions that residents or their families may present.
Candidate profile
The requirements of the position Responsible Student Residence - Salamanca are:
* Preferably profile with at least 3-5 years of experience in the management and operation of hotels / residences
* High level of English
