Responsibilities:
- Help manage a sale driven team to reach targets.
- Reporting using Sales Force.
- Help with feedback to employees.
- Support the team with objectives and analysis to help maintain overall team performance.
- Provide regular feedback to the team members to improve and motivate them.
What we offer
- 39 hours/week
- Regular schedule: 9:00 - 17:30 or 14:30 - 23:00, Monday to Friday.
- Contract: Obra & Servicio.
- Salary: 1.750 euros gross per month + up to 500 euros gross variable

Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and reporting
- Fluent in English
- Analytical mindset, with great knowledge of spreadsheets and excel functions.
