Reporting to the Technical Office Management, your mission will be to participate and manage innovation projects, from the initial phases of identification of opportunities and preparation of proposals to the phases of execution, financing and justification of the project carried out by the company in collaboration with different agents at national and international level.
Among your main functions will be:
Support and lead the exploration, evaluation and monitoring of market trends.
Generate ideas for the improvement and increase of the entity's services in the area of technological and non-technological innovation and transform them into value project proposals.
Prepare applications for aid to public institutions (regional, national and European), generating technical, economic and administrative documentation.
Plan and organize the tasks that make up the assigned projects. Organize and supervise the execution according to the deadlines and quality defined in the proposal.
Actively participate in the Innovation Hub and in the planning and activities of the organization.
Facilitate and provide technical support to internal work groups in the Innovation process, particularly on specific issues of improving the value proposition and prototyping, stimulating innovative ideas and testing new approaches.
Manage the technical evolution of the work carried out by the team to ensure its alignment with the established objectives.
Prepare the technical and administrative documentation of the projects and guarantee their delivery on the agreed dates.
Support in the technical and financial justification of the projects before the corresponding organizations (regional, national, European) from the administrative procedures to the realization of official presentations and technical demonstrations.
What will you need to fit in with the position?
We are thinking of a professional with a higher university degree, preferably in the technical field and at least 3 years of professional experience executing R & D & I projects, search for financing, project management, dynamization of teams of innovation, competitiveness, etc. A high level of English is essential.
