Job role
The mission of the position is to achieve sustainable and profitable commercial growth for the business unit under your responsibility. Team management, route, customer and incident management. Management of the delegation and fleet. Management of the product and its quality as well as the supervision of commercial results and other similar tasks.
For this we need a profile with 5-7 years of experience in similar positions in the food sector, preferably in the frozen sector.
It is essential to have knowledge of management and development of commercial teams and conflict, as well as the prior management of a commercial business unit of their own.
