It seeks an experience of 6 to 8 years working in Law Offices, within the Department of Energy and Infrastructure managing the following functions:
Preparation, review and negotiation of the following main contracts related to the activity of the company, supply contracts, assembly, where appropriate, and start-up of fixed structure and trackers and supply contracts for SCADA monitoring systems. Preparation and / or review, and negotiation of other contracts and documents within the framework of the ordinary activity of the company, such as, for example: NDAs, service contracts with collaborators or agents; guarantee conditions of the products supplied, financial guarantees provided within the framework of the aforementioned contracts, term sheets, agreements of intent or MoUs with potential partners or clients for projects, joint venture contracts, component purchase and sale contracts with suppliers, and Service contracts with subcontractors.
